years ago when expressions and scripting became strong features of After
Effects. Just like other high end compositing and animation programs have ways
of creating scripts/expressions/macros and sharing them, Aftereffects had the
tools, but no sharing point. I wanted to establish a system that would be both a
database of scripts and expressions, AND a place where users could discuss these
easily and learn from each other. The forum is divided in three parts, one part
is dedicated to scripting, the other to expressions, and the third to animation
presets (which are sort of "packages" that can contain effects, key frames and
expressions). The site has grown a lot and we now have a little more that 1500
users."
